1. What is Socialkik?

Since Socialkik was founded on March 2010, it has been delivering one of the most effective ways of generating high-quality, unique traffic at a cost much cheaper than anything available online today. We offer social marketing services on the three major social websites Pinterest, Twitter and Youtube.

2. Are there any rules related to using Socialkik?

You are responsible of entering the correct information when placing an order (please make sure that the URL submitted is correct) , as we verify orders against fraudulent activities. Please make sure that your account or fan page has a profile picture and is updated regularly. We do not promote pages that are deemed containing adult, hateful or deceitful information. We reserve the right accept or reject orders after verification which lasts about 24 hours. You can also read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3. Why are your prices so low?

Quite simply, this is all we do, Social Media Marketing. Like most economies of scale, our production-costs drop as our production-volume increases (within certain limits), and as our connections increase. We cannot go into too much detail as to the character of our production, as doing so would reveal trade-secrets. But, suffice it to say, the sheer volume of services we provide allows us to provide each service much more quickly, and affordably than most anyone else.

4. What is the difference between the Pay-As-You-Go Rates and the Monthly Plan Rates?

The Pay-As-You-Go rates are one time payments for a single campaign. The Monthly Plan rates are for a continuous campaign with the number of fans/followers/views added on a monthly basis, and payments are made each month cycle. Monthly Plan Rates are discounted at 20% less than the Pay-As-You-Go rates. They are ideal for a long term campaigns. The subscription payments are processed through Paypal, and can be cancelled through Paypal anytime after the first 3 installments.

5. Is it possible that my social account could be banned if I use your services?

NO, because our methods are 100% safe and comply with the social websites terms and conditions. In fact there has never been any accounts or fan pages that were suspended as a result of our campaign.

Questions about our Twitter Services
1. How Does the Twitter Promotion work? How exactly do you get me followers?

We use 3 main strategies to get you followers fast. Please note, we NEVER make any changes to your Twitter profile, and we NEVER send out any tweets or direct messages from your account. We only request your username (We don't need your password).

  1. Onsite/Offsite Marketing and Promotions (Non-Targeted): We manage a large network of twitter accounts directories. We use this influence to make sure your name is known among twitter users and is hyped online on twitter-related websites. We get the word out in every way possible to get you exponential following in a few days.
  2. Geo-locations targeting: We list your page under the countries targeted (Currently only targting US fans). Users from outside this target niche are not able to see your profile. While we do our best to reduce unwanted followers, some may be able to follow your account. As our system improves we will be able to guarantee consistently higher quality targeting.
  3. Twitter-Lists exposure: This step comes as a result of steps 1 and 2. Your presence and popularity on Twitter can grown further if you get "listed" by the right people. As the campaign progresses, people will add you to their twitter lists thus giving you continued exposure and increasing followers on twitter.
NO LONGER USED: Followback Reciprocity (Non-Targeted) -Requires twitter Password-: NO LONGER USED We've updated our twitter promotion system. Part of the updates was that we no longer needed your twitter password, but we still are able to get you followers through giving your account exposure as explained in steps 1 and 2.
4. What if my Twitter account gets suspended?

First of all, there hasn't been any twitter account that got suspended through our campaign. Should that happen though, we will pause the campaign until your account is reinstated. We can also deliver followers to another account if you choose to.

If your account is suspended, we will most-likely find out very quickly, but please make sure to let us know anyway, so we can stop marketing your account immediately.

5. How long does it take to receive my followers?

Most of our orders are completed in 1-2 weeks, but delivery times vary according to order size and targeting specifications. On average 1000 followers are delivered in 1-2 weeks (Actual delivery speeds may vary slightly). 6. What should I expect after I place my order?
  • A Paypal order confirmation as well as an order confirmation from us. Please check the order confirmation email as it contains your login information to track your orders at your Socialkik dashboard
  • A ~24-48 hours lag between the time you receive your confirmation email and the time your follower-count starts increasing significantly.
  • A steady increase of between 50 and 200 followers per day after the campaign is in progress
7. What can I do when my twitter campaign is in progress?

To get the most out of your campaign, we recommend that you do NOTHING but tweet! Please don't follow anyone, don't unfollow anyone, don't change your profile username.

8. How do you track how many followers you added? How can I track my followers growth?

Once your order is placed, we queue it in our system, and note the followers count at the start of the campaign. Then we keep promoting your page until the number of followers purchased is added to the initial followers count, then we add an extra 5-10% more followers to cover for any followers who joined outside our promotion.

How does Socialkik handle payment processing and security?

We use Paypal to handle all payments processed through Paypal is the safest, fastest payment method online.

How can I pay for Socialkik services?

Using Paypal, we accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB. Please Contact us for other methods of payments.

Does Socialkik offer refunds?

YES, but it will depend on the circumstance in which the buyer is requesting a refund and while we endeavour to satisfy every one of our customers the best we can. We will either offer you to re-run that campaign for you again for free, or offer you a 75% refund. 25% of the order is non-refundable as it's used for order processing and handling.

Do you screen all content which is submitted to you?

Yes. To protect the integrity of our service and the satisfaction of our customers, we screen every URL submitted to us to ensure it is quality and unique content, which is not overly offensive or infringing on our, or our partner's terms and conditions.

What happens if the content I submit is rejected by Socialkik?

If we reject your content, we will contact you via email and state the reason it was rejected and what you can do to rectify the issue.

How can I guarantee my content is approved by Socialkik?

We will not approve any content which is pornographic, racist or excessively-violent. The best advice we can give you is to be sure when you place an order you are submitting a high-quality page that is of unique and interesting content.

Do you ever offer discounts?

If you check out our products page, you'll usually find a section which will inform you of a limited time offer we are running at that time. We only advise that if an offer is there that you jump on it -- we don't keep offers there forever so if you don't want to miss out.

Can I cancel my order once it's placed?

That depends on the circumstances. If we have already started ting your content, then we cannot cancel the order. 25% handing and processing fee is non-refundable. Orders are processed within 24-48hrs. Anytime before that, it will be possible to cancel your order. and to do this, please Contact us as soon as possible.
